Resale Package
Prospective shareholders must submit a Resale Package and undergo an interview process to qualify for ownership in the co-op.
Alteration Packages
Shareholders must carry personal and liability insurance. Shareholders must complete an Alteration Agreement for all renovations/alterations taking place in their apartment.
Dog Policy
No Dogs allowed as of 01/01/2015.
House Rules
All residents must understand and abide by the House Rules & Regulations of the co-op.
Stock Change Packages
Information about stock change packages can be found here.
Refinancing
Shareholders must notify Management of their intent to re-finance their apartment and submit the appropriate paperwork.

Approximately 882 square feet.

Approximately 1,014 square feet.
3 Bedroom Apartment Layout
