House Rules & Regulations

• Prospective shareholders must submit a Resale Package and undergo an interview process to qualify for ownership in the co-op

• Shareholders must carry personal and liability insurance

• Shareholders must complete an Alteration Agreement for most renovations / alterations taking place in their apartment

• Shareholders must be aware of the “No Dog Policy”

• Shareholders must notify Management of their intent to re-finance their apartment and submit the appropriate paperwork

• All residents must understand and abide by the House Rules & Regulations of the co-op.

The Board of Directors is elected annually by the shareholders of the corporation. The Board is presently comprised of (11) members who meet monthly to discuss and vote on all issues of importance. Special meetings are held as necessary
