Please be advised of the Presidential Primary Election that has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 24, 2012. Our Poll site, located in LeClub, will be open and functioning on that day beginning at 5:00AM and until the canvass is completed.

RE:        HEAT ISSUES

           If you feel that your apartment is not at the required temperature during the winter season we ask that you are aware of following:·         Heat comes on when the temperature outside drops below 55 degrees between the hours of 6:00AM – 10:00PM.·         Heat comes on when the temperature drops below 40 degrees between the hours of 10:00PM – 6:00AM.·         Make sure that your apartment windows are fully closed and latched.  ·         Install covers on the interior of your air conditioners.  (These are inexpensive and available at The Home Depot).·         After checking all of the above, contact (718) 767-6200 and a employee will be dispatched to make sure that the boiler in your building is functioning properly and / or to check the radiators and temperature in your apartment.

• Prospective shareholders must submit a Resale Package and undergo an interview process to qualify for ownership in the co-op

• Shareholders must complete an Alteration Agreement for most renovations / alterations taking place in their apartment
